Orphans First has worked extensively in Western Africa (including French-speaking Togo, Ivory Coast, Benin, Burkino Faso, Central Africa and Gabon) and English-speaking Ghana. We provide the children of these regions with food, clothes, educational and medical support and Bible teaching.
